Terms & Conditions for Kasturi PG

1. Booking & Reservation

All bookings at Kasturi PG - the best PG in Salt Lake Kolkata - require advance payment of the security deposit. Reservations are confirmed only upon receipt of the security deposit and signed agreement.

• Check-in time: 12:00 PM onwards
• Check-out time: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in/late check-out subject to availability and additional charges
• Photo ID proof (Aadhar Card, Passport, or Driving License) is mandatory at check-in

2. Payment Terms

As a premier Salt Lake PG for boys and girls, we maintain transparent payment policies:

• Monthly rent must be paid in advance, between the 1st and 5th of every month
• Late payment penalty: ₹50 per day after the 5th of the month
• Security deposit is refundable upon vacating, subject to deduction for damages or outstanding dues
• We accept online transfers, UPI, and cash payments

3. House Rules & Conduct

To maintain our reputation as the best PG in Salt Lake, we expect all residents to adhere to our house rules:

1. Strictly no smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances within the premises
2. Visitors allowed only in common areas between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
3. Overnight guests are not permitted without prior approval
4. Respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM
5. Kitchen usage as per scheduled timings; maintain cleanliness
6. Electricity and water conservation is mandatory

4. Cancellation & Refund Policy

For our Salt Lake PG Kolkata accommodation:

• Cancellation before check-in: 90% refund of security deposit
• Cancellation after check-in but within 7 days: 50% refund of security deposit
• After 7 days of stay: Security deposit non-refundable
• Monthly rent is non-refundable once the month has commenced
• Notice period for vacating: 30 days

5. Liability & Safety

Your safety is our priority at Kasturi PG, the best PG in Salt Lake for boys and girls:

• We are not liable for loss of personal belongings; lockers are provided for valuables
• Emergency exits and fire safety equipment are installed throughout the premises
• CCTV surveillance in common areas for security
• Regular pest control and maintenance ensured
• In case of medical emergency, immediate assistance will be provided

6. Maintenance & Services

As a leading Salt Lake PG, we provide:

• Regular housekeeping (rooms cleaned daily, linen changed weekly)
• High-speed Wi-Fi included in rent
• Power backup for common areas and limited hours in rooms
• Monthly maintenance requests addressed within 48 hours
• Laundry service available at additional cost

7. Amendments to Terms

Kasturi PG reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued stay at our Salt Lake PG for boys and girls implies acceptance of the updated terms. All changes will be communicated to residents in advance.
